My son made it in time to play with his little three year old son on the beach for the first time... he got there in time to take another trip.  Tommy collapsed on the sand, as the waves washed ashore... the sea gulls sang overhead...

Two hundred miles away, a mother smiled when Tommy called to say they made it safely to the beach in the Memorial holiday traffic. 

Less than an hour later, her phone rang again.... 'ma'am, I have a man collapsed here on the sand, he's not breathing'......
