Suffering from depression thanks to college life stress is a very relevant issue today. I have personally been a part of it and know that it is awful.
When i came across this book, it looked like yet another self help book. But upon recommendations by a close relative, the author has captured something very essential and relevant.

The book targets any keen reader and makes him realize how uniquely awesome you can be! Not overly philosophical, the author seems to approach the reader with a next-doorsy attitude. A must read for today's generation, capable of capturing them with its easy/ concise views and ideas!

I read this book after readin an article on the Indian express in chennai... honestly I'm not the kinds who wud read a self help book.. but the reason i picked this book up was because the author bravely agreed on his article that his book may be bad but there is a possibility that it may be famous... this line really hit me and thought t o myself...

why not read this book and see how it really is... honestly?... i loved it very very much... this book has the beauty of connecting to the author from the very first page...

when the author talks abut the past the future and then the preesnt.. i loved the chapter where the author speaks about duties and responsibilities..

very impressive work.. he says there is a difference between wants and needs.. the day we address all our needs, we can move onto our wants... great stuff!! this guy is on his way of becomeng an inspirational speaker if he goes like this. waiting for more!!
