Lily, a science teacher, involves three colleagues in a quest to avenge the murder of her twin brother.

They risk all in their pursuit, hitting dead ends while confronting the police, local and foreign mobsters, the FBI, and even the CIA. Their hunt takes them to the Middle East during a terrorist assault. Lily accepts support from unsavory contacts and meets a top-secret military agent who agrees to help her.
