Julia is of Anglo Manx descent and spent her formative years in and around the North West of England.She shares her perspective of a colourful and emotionally charged childhood,the fall out of her parents' divorce,her own musical awakening,and also her career in mental nursing.
Julia now lives on the other side of the Pennines with two humans and three large dogs.

One look at my hand and she said,"There's hardly a day goes by when you're not thinking about "A".
Damn the woman.OMD everywhere-blaring out of car windows,on TV,in nightclubs-how could I not be reminded of "A"?
I couldn't even go into a supermarket without his voice wailing at me above the cornflake boxes.No,the only way to come to terms with it was to face the monster head on and meet up with him again on mutual Wirral turf.
