One of a Kind
This phrasebook is awesome! I've done a lot of traveling and used a lot of phrasebooks, but I've never had one that even came close to this one. There is such a wide range of vocabulary. I do a lot of windsurfing and this phrasebook even had phrases and terms on that! I couldn't believe it. I've NEVER found that in other phrasebooks. Another thing I liked about this phrasebook is that you can just go directly to the word that a phrase contains and usually find the phrase or something close to it. Also, there's a really big Spanish food and drink section. There's like 30-35 different cheeses (queso). All in all, an outstanding Spanish phrasebook. I would definitely recommend it.

A Must for Travel
I don't usually write reviews, but I have to put in a good word for this one. It's really amazing. My wife and I had it out all the time. Had some great conversations with people using this book, plenty of hand signals and heavy doses of common sense. Thankfully, it was easy to find phrases by zeroing in on the main word of a phrase. We especially got a lot of use out of it reading menus in Spanish restaurants. There's a huge Spanish food section at the end of the book. In many cases, it gave not only the name of the dish, but its ingredients. I hope we can find one of these for Italian for our next trip to Italy.

Extremely useful phrasebook
I just returned from a week-long trip to Seville, where I used this Spanish phrasebook every day. It was really a big help to me, because my Spanish was just about zero. It was real easy to find things in it. You don't have to go searching through categories, you just go to the word that you have in mind. I was able to carry on simple conversations with people and made a couple of friends that I'm staying in contact with - in Spanish!
