Helga scanned the levels as she held the bird steady and saw that she had twenty percent shields left before a laser would actually strike her ship. She flexed her chest muscles and bit down hard to force the blood into her body as she pulled the controls back and increased her thrust, looping to get behind her pursuer. The Geralos ace was too smart however and turned his ship away from her to try and cloak for another attempt at a sneak attack. Helga knew what he was doing, and instead of completing the loop, she flew inverted for a time, then rolled the hawk upright and let loose her own barrage of missiles, which found their mark instantly.
