Additionally, you get angry because they have offended you in some way. You may even have some triggers that you will see; if you look back on the last few times, you were angry. Acknowledging those triggers will take you one-step closer to freedom.

The child may even be quite young. This could also come across at a job interview where the employer did not think you filled the bill, making you feel like you were not good enough.
