Fitting the era, the terrific illustrations are presented in vintage sepia, black and white. Bright colors splash the pages to appeal to children. History truly is fun with this series.

I can't tell you how impressed I am with author, Barbara Ann Mojica, and the notable series she has written for children.
What a clever way for children to learn and grasp history! Learning historical facts in such an organized and succinct manner makes remembering facts much more fun, and easier.
Little Miss HISTORY Travels to FORD'S THEATER (Volume 4) is yet another book added to Mojica’s already wonderful collection. Children, their parents and teachers alike will revere this book. All will certainly enjoy discussing its major points. Teachers can use thematic lessons centered around this book and all of Mojica’s series.
There was also something about the color shading of this book that captured my interest. The shading added hype and flavor to the character and storyline of the book, so I love how the author thought to change the illustration shading up some with the selected color choices.
Don’t forget to collect Mojica’s full series of books telling historical facts. You’ll be glad you did!

LITTLE MISS HISTORY has unearthed even more history that I've never known before! This book is a wonderful book for kids and adults alike - a clever and surprising presentation of history in another trip of adventure and intrigue by a very curious young girl. Barbara's books always inspire me to learn more in a fun way and I can't wait to turn the page to see what's coming next! I can envision LITTLE MISS HISTORY as a TV series host in an animated series for the history channel, or the like -- guiding the entire family on a fun-and-fact-filled discovery through time and history. Definitely a five-star book! Great art too!
