The colorful world, life, or conditions depicted in such tales. It can be medieval narratives in verse of romantic dialect of heroic, fantastic or supernatural events often in the form of allegory. It might be a baseless made-up story full of exaggeration or fanciful invention. It could be a romantic spirit, sentiment, emotion or desire, romantic character or quality or a romantic affair or experience; a love affair.
Backwards—toward the back or rear, with the back foremost in the reverse of the usual or right way, toward the past, to look backward over one's earlier mistakes, toward a less advanced state, retrogressively, reversed returning, a backward movement, a backward journey, behind in time or progress, late, slow, a backward learner.
Having written three, what I consider non-traditional romance novels—I’m confused whether this latest saga is a love story or a story of love. After decades has this heroine finally found the love of her life—the true soul mate—that perfect match?
In the infinite pursuit for romance, I realize it may be bizarre compilation of adversity in my life that causes a myriad of backward events. The cathartic and adventurous journey of twists and turns—failures and successes—positives and negatives never seems to end.
The precarious voyage to acceptance and forgiveness has been no trouble-free passage. But as an unswerving champion of love and romance I never lose hope or sight of the ultimate goal—Love.
