We all need legislative protection in the form of a digital Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution Instead, our hijacked representative government politicians work to enable corporations and government agencies to gather ever more information about our worldwide Internet use and we need to limit and stop this harmful activity from taking place. The goal of my book is to roll back the Stazi (U.S. State Security) machine and establish a free and private Internet with a digital Fourth Amendment.

This book is my statement that I will/did not go gently into that good night. God allowed me to not bow down or admit defeat from the many physical setbacks in life that came due to service to my country. As a result, I set out to prove that any person with limitations can still contribute to, and change the world, even though the world they knew may reject their newfound limitations, and to prove that the pen is still mightier than the sword. This book is my testimony that we can all survive, endure adversity, and still triumph over the many obstacles placed in our path. My road has been a very difficult one to follow, and one I pray that no other person ever has to endure. Everyone in this world has value and I hope that the corporations, governments, and the insanely wealthy (plutocracy) who are invading our privacy, destroying our environment and exploiting our lives will someday realize these facts. I followed my heart, as this book is about the remembrance of my time spent with my military comrades in war, our U.S. history of individual liberty and our world's rapidly eroding digital freedom, which has been bathed in many U.S. heroes' blood, lost both in war and supposed peace, as U.S. soldiers have fought and continue to fight many undisclosed battles around the world. In this testimony, I state for the record there are many other heroes in war and illness whom I worship. I have been privileged to witness in my life extraordinary events, in the military, and while battling cancer with other malignancy victims who did not survive. These are the people who need to become the symbols of everybody's joint fight for their personal liberty and access to health care. Our youth must awaken to the privacy threats they now face when using the infected Internet, and choose liberty over security and convenience as western nations head down a path that their parents allowed but did not understand. Redemption, not condemnation, regret, despair or repentance, is necessary in our fight to right the wrongs of our clearly defined infected Internet past. I now bring all of my experience, my past knowledge, and my research to the page for posterity, in hope for realizing a free, fair and future democratic world or revitalized U.S republic and establish a free Internet. The pendulum has shifted way too far in favor of invading our supposed free Internet / digital privacy and it is this book's intent to address that shift as well as provide solutions that will, hopefully, bring our now infected Internet world back to an equilibrium position. With this book's introduction to the world we now have it within our power to begin to change the infected Internet realm that we all live in and now this book is here to begin the indispensable war that we all need to engage in addressing this attack on our individual liberty and privacy.
