This second short story in the series is a bit different from the first, but still a great story of life, love, hardships and faith. Naomi and Jason Saunders are settled down in their life in Pacific Cove and their son Peter has just graduated. He wants to return home and start a new life in the area where he was raised. Meeting friends, Joan and Bill's niece, Amanda may be just what helps Peter settle on his decision. Along the way readers are given a story of family and friends and what it means to have good relationships. The author has a great, friendly writing style and I am eagerly awaiting another great read.

I read this in less than two days. I couldn't put it down. J.E. Grace tells a story of love, friendships, losses and hope in a way that keeps you wanting more. I hope there are more coming in this series. Would love to see Peter and Amanda's love grow and to learn how the lives touched in this series turn out.
