Einstein once said that if the honeybee dies off from the face of the Earth that mankind would follow in four years. The honeybee is responsible for two thirds of what appears on our dinner plates. Imagine what your quality of life would be like if your diet consisted of potatoes and rice with no opportunity to consume vegetables. Now imagine getting involved in beekeeping or supporting your local beekeepers, because if you don't we could all be in for trouble.
