The story of a girl lured into the seedy adult film underworld

In the shadows of the church yard stands the remnants of the now diminished red light area.  Carl Butler died homeless and destitute, showing no signs of the status he had once held as the millionaire porn baron who ran the city's dark, clandestine, prostitution and drugs trade.

In the weeks leading to his death, Investigative journalist Simon Baker had taken an interest in Butler's background. He was given a deep insight into a world that once existed in the dimly lit back streets and underground cellars, that now sit derelict beneath the pavements that  line the west side of the city.

Before embarking on his dark and disturbing journey, Baker had no concept of the depths of depravity which human beings could sink. After meeting Butler who was aptly named 'The Baron', he wished he still held that innocence. He would uncover a seedy underground world, involving drugs, prostitution and seedy skin flicks, which he would come to realise had no limits. What the Baron's customers wanted, he obtained for them. Sadly, people apparently disappearing from the face of the earth was only too common. Butler saw human beings as nothing more than business commodities, whose sole purpose was to satisfy his needs and to keep dirty money flowing into his business interests with no regard to how badly his exploitation affected those who had the misfortune to have inadvertently stepped into his path.
