It's about knowing yourself and realizing that happiness is a choice we make and it is not something that any outside influence can shake without your consent.

God: Things don't happen to you my child. You let things happen to you. You're responsible for every choice that you make and don't. With every passing minute, you're either going up or sliding down. There is no way you can stay at a point for long if you don't invest energy in staying at your position, you fall. What is important wherever you are to keep the balance. But the state of equilibrium is dynamic not static. You are still in motion. The reactants are being converted into products and vice versa. If you want more products you have to control the inputs to get the desired results. Life is such. You can get what you want, but make sure to leave all that you don't want. There's no way you can collect a junk, you have to select what you are putting in to get what you want. Your unconscious mind is like a computer. It does not understand right or wrong. It needs to be told, it waits for the instructions to execute the programs. But if you don't provide an input, it still outputs a result, a garbage value. Because there is going to be some result in the end. So if all you ever think of is junk, don't be surprised if you always remain a loser. Your brain resembles a trash bin, and then you stink. If you stink people start avoiding you. When you feel alienated you can get even more broody and negative. End Result: A life gone waste…
This Universe is growing and that too at an accelerating pace. Nothing is static. Nothing is permanent. If you're not doing something worth it today, chances are you never will because tomorrow never comes. So if you've done something good, Strive to become better. If you're better then try and be the best and a little more. "A little more" three words that sum it all up.
