An even-subscripted Fibonacci number G sub k can be expressed as a product of two numbers, a Fibonacci number u sub n whose subscript is half that of G sub k and a Lucas number a sub n whose subscript is also half that of G sub k.
e.g.
G sub 4 = 3 = (u sub 2)(a sub 2)
G sub 6 = 8 = (u sub 3)(a sub 3)
G sub 8 = 21= (u sub 4)(a sub 4)
