The Old Schoolhouse Magazine
This whimsical book is perfect for homeschool, library, home, or a school setting. This would be a wonderful book to read aloud to younger children as well. My daughter who is 10 years old enjoyed reading the book...The illustrations are amazing and really add to the story. Most little girls and boys too, love horses and will find this book exciting. At the end of the book is a section entitled, Did You Know, which gives interesting facts about Morgan horses. I would definitely recommend this book to others.

This was a magical story about a horse named Blackjack and a girl named Holly…this book was super exciting and kept me interested. This was a great book…so I think you should go ahead and read this book.

While this is a small book -- it packs a punch.
This book is for any child in your life who loves to dream, loves horses, and loves to read a fun story. This publication makes the perfect bedtime story.
A whimsical story as old as time. The author's presentation had this reader remembering long forgotten childhood dreams.
One little girl and her magical horse are the characters in the ultimate dream. Their journey is brilliant.
The creativity and flow is truly amazing. The author surely has a gift of capturing a child's imagination, dreams, and wishes -- and bringing them to life in a genre that can be visited over and over.
Also, mention must be made here about the illustrator, J. Newton Schoborg. A masterful front cover and back cover and pages in between are exactly as I pictured the words; though sadly, do not have this kind of talent. Fabulous job.
When finished with this remarkable little book, I felt happy that I had found it and happy that I am able to read it to the children in my life.
