A very British Stephanie Plum
If Stephanie Plum lived in Dulwich in London instead of Trenton, New Jersey, she might have turned out something like Beth Haldane. Alice Castle's main character is witty and immensely likeable. When she finds the dead body of her new boss only 3 hours after she starts her new job, Beth is determined to find out what happened. The story is enjoyable, the characters are engaging and I'll definitely be following this series!
