"Thank you," she says. Turning around, headed toward the door, she notes the line, having grown behind her, consists of people, some of whom stare straight ahead, some of whom outwardly gawk, while she walks to the door passing once again the seated lady at the desk who repeats her initial greeting, "Thank you for banking with Suntrust."
Allie pushes open the bank door and walks past the ATM on her way to the car where a guy standing at the ATM turns and watches her walk all the way to her car in her ballgown on a Saturday morning before he reaches out to get his money. She shuts the car door and begins the drive home. He probably thinks she is a Hooker just coming from work.

Was I Wrong
I ordered this book because I was captivated by the cover and the title. However, when I started reading it I was initially disappointed because it read like a trite romance novel. Was I wrong! Keep reading! The story gets better the further into it you go. Yes, the storyline is about a new relationship, but the main character seems to be distracting herself with everything except what she needs to face. By the end of the book, I got the impression that even the romance was probably a distraction from a sad realization that took a long time to stare down.
Will Allie get her man or will he Run
This is an interesting story. It has a little mystery, a little humor, and some interesting developments. The book has intrigue, nostalgia, and a little local color. The book is written in such a way that the character seems to be relating her personal life events. It was a pleasure-reading book for me. I enjoyed it.
