Out of Chaos is a unique collection of poetry that combines the art of storytelling with personal reflection to explore the on going battle of the mind.
What happens when the greatest battle you fight is in the mirror? Out of Chaos is a unique collection of poetry that combines the art of storytelling with personal reflection to explore the on going battle of the mind. This story of mental health will take you on a personal journey from start to finish. The author uses metaphors, traditional rhyme flow, alliteration, and assonance to paint a descriptive picture of each emotional topic–doubt, insecurity, duality, unrequited love, loneliness, hope, and the human connection. Each poem is different, but together, they complete an entire journey that encapsulates the single message: out of chaos, there is change.

Poetry with a heaping side of perspective
This book showed me the way out of MY own chaos. I was quite literally crying by the end of it (in the best of ways). This beautiful journey about finding yourself will ring true with anyone who has lost their way. Truly a modern day allegory—one that I’ll read again and again.
You'll Be Glued To Your Seat
Be prepared to set aside some time to read this as you won't want to put it down once you've started on the emotional journey with Natalie. Her words and story show immense growth through her struggles and you'll find yourself relating closely to at the very least 2 or 3 poems. I've personally dog-eared many of my favorites to revisit again as I continue on my own journey of rediscovery filled with newfound hope for the future. You won't regret picking a copy!
A guide for all of us struggling to find our deep creative selves
Through vulnerable stories of wrestling with one’s chaotic inner dialogue, this collection is a guide through the vivid and terrifying self-awareness required to do important creative work. Ultimately this is an uplifting read, helping the reader find the comfort in knowing that we all share these struggles—and can come out triumphant.
