The Theory of Relativity has revolutionized physics. It tells us things that at first glance seem crazy. Things like time is different if you stand at different gravity locations or move in respect to one another, or that length can change, or that simultaneous events for me are not necessary simultaneous for someone else. These statements seem strange because they do not connect well with our intuitive logic and that hints to the main insight of Relativity. It changes the way of looking at reality. This essay focuses on this paradigm shift, and in doing so, it uncovers what stands behind the weird phenomenon we encounter.
