I have always been fascinated and curious about whether there are Alien beings from another planet. I have imagined many different types of beings but the little Twerpies just kept coming back to my thoughts.
Dean a precocious 12 year old and his dog find themselves on a journey of a lifetime starting as passengers on a cruise ship. Upon hearing the Captain announce that a Typhoon was headed towards them. Dean, fearing his dog Mr. Quiggs would not be allowed into a life boat, decides to hide inside of one. Unknowingly he chooses a lifeboat with faulty latches that break during the storm. They are thrown from the cruise ship into a turbulent ocean and horrific Typhoon. Realizing they just might not survive Dean prays for a miracle. Which comes in the form of a two inch tall, funny looking alien, from Planet Twerp, named Skrugs. Skrugs who had been hovering on the lip of a wormhole is struck by Dean’s lifeboat knocking the portable Traversable Worm Hole Control Box out of his hands and into the ocean. Propelling all of them back to Planet Twerp through the worm hole that Skrugs had not finished his return coordinates for. Where they would land would be destination unknown. A journey that is both fun and dangerous begins. Every brain cell they possess must be used in order to survive. They pay, bargain and battle with various entities encountered on their journey, forming a friendship with a bond so strong it can never be broken. Skrugs vows to help Dean and Mr. Quiggs find their way back to Earth. That is if they ever find his home, Sal Sagev.

Both Dean and Skrugs’ eyes were wide with shock. An earsplitting scream followed as Dean fell backwards, frantically trying to grab onto something. That something ended up being the strange looking creature’s tail. As Dean continued to fall backwards, clutching the little alien’s tail, he ended up dragging all two inches of the little alien creature inside with him............

Planet Twerp by Jacqueline Pansy is the story of a 12-year-old boy called Dean, who while on a cruise ship with his dad, is distressed to hear that a typhoon is heading their way. After his dad tells him that he may have to leave his dog behind in an emergency, he hides in a lifeboat with Mr. Quiggs, the dog, so they will be together. Unfortunately, the boat ends up in the water, and Dean's problems only get weirder when he meets an alien and falls through a wormhole to his home planet - Planet Twerp. Skrugs, the alien, was an interesting character, and I enjoyed learning about him and his species. This was a good adventure story with plenty to keep the reader entertained. It jumps straight into the action and keeps going right to the end.
Jacqueline Pansy has written an entertaining book in Planet Twerp. I liked how the story progressed, and Dean is a great character. His worry over his pet dog leads him on the adventure of a lifetime, and you can really get behind the character and hope he gets home okay. The story moved at a good pace and kept me reading. I think it would appeal to children around 10-13 and adventure/sci-fi fans. It would probably appeal a little more to boys rather than girls, but I think it is suitable for both. I think it could do well on the market. I would recommend it.

The narrative of a 12-year-old kid called Dean, who while on a voyage transport with his father, is troubled to hear that a hurricane is traveling their direction. After his father lets him know that he might need to abandon his canine in a crisis, he stows away in a raft with Mr. Quiggs, the canine, so they will be together. Sadly, the boat winds up in the water, and Dean's concerns possibly get more abnormal when he meets an outsider and falls through a wormhole to his home planet - Planet Twerp. Skrugs, the outsider, was a fascinating person, and I delighted in finding out about him and his species. This was a decent experience story with a lot to keep the peruser engaged. It bounces straight into the activity and holds going right to the end.. I enjoyed how the story advanced, and Dean is an incredible person. His concern over his pet canine leads him on the experience that could only be described as epic, and you can truly get behind the person and trust he returns home alright. The story moved at a decent speed and kept me perusing. I figure it would engage youngsters around 10-13 and experience/science fiction fans.The book about the content of the book, being a children's book it is a great read of about 336 pages.Well the story is long and with a really cool plot but the other features are it has a really nice flow for children, .
This is a sweet and a short picture book that introduces a lot of things, instead of wasting their time on the phone all day they'll Learn new. This is a must-have book that all the parents should introduce their children to. I highly recommend this. MUST BUY.

"Each man was holding their breath, waiting to see if they would be caught in the crest of the wave or if they would conquer this colossal wave of death." Little Dean was always scared of earthquakes, snowstorms, floods, or other natural phenomena. He would be dramatic and convinced that it would end in everyone's death. But Dean was not wrong this time, as a deadly storm hits the ship he is boarding with his dad and his dog Mr Quiggs, who he did not want to leave on the sea vessel if it came to escape.
Gus, a retired Navy, jumps in with all hands on deck to save the ship from becoming a wreck, like the Titanic. But Gus could do nothing when his son Dean and Mr Quiggs get lost in the sea in one of the lifeboats. We jump into the next chapter of the book. Here we meet Grandpa Z and Ditzra, who belong to a different planet altogether! This planet is brimming with technology, and they can travel from their home planet to anywhere they wish through wormholes. What is the connection between this plant called Twerp and the typhoon on Earth?
Author Jacqueline Pansy does a remarkable job bringing this fun and thrilling story to life! Little Dean lost in the sea with his dog, meets Skrugs from planet Twerp, and that's when the story comes to life. These characters are vibrant and fun, and going along this adventurous journey with them is lively. The author's writing style is incredible, and I love the usage of hyperbole in the book! This book is a great adventure book for children. It evokes images in the head and gives them a visual experience of visiting an alien planet. The vibrant illustrations add to the amusement of reading it!
