Josh and Anna have always dreamed of escaping their humdrum life by traveling to a tropical paradise. When a credit card company grants their wish in a contest, the two can't contain their excitement, inviting their friends to join them in creating a resort on their fantastic prize—a small, uninhabited, undeveloped island in the Pacific.
But what's in store isn't what they expected.
When they arrive on the island, everything seems perfect. They find the perfect spot for housing, a hot spring in a cave that will make a fabulous sauna, and a glorious beach. Soon they're on their way to achieving their dream and living out their retirement in paradise. Because of Blue Star Power it has gotten easier and cheaper to get to Mars, and Mars is being developed into a vacation spot. Mars dome is becoming three domes and there are tents going up with attractions and hotels in them. Rich investors are hoping that Mars turns into the next Disney Land and will help the development of Mars. There isn''t much to do at Mars yet but some of the workers have started making Pod Cars out of old rovers and machinery. The workers are racing the Pods over the harsh terrain of Mars and the word has gotten out about the races. The sciences of Mars have not been as profitable as hoped, so Mars Dome has helped the development of the Pod Races and the Tents. Mars is becoming an exciting vacation spot with the extreme sports and the Racing.
div style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt">The story starts out with an introduction of investors investing into a project of turning Mars into a vacation spot with a retirement community. The workers of this project are looking for more to do during their off hours besides eat and sleep. Some of these workers build pod racers out of old rovers and other discarded mechanics to race around the terrain of Mars./div>

A family of four goes Mars for vacation. At Mars there are new domes with hotels, an amusement park and other fun activities that are used by vacationers at Mars. The story starts with the family landing on the moon to transfer to a Space Jet that will take them to Mars. At Mars they find that there is less gravity then Earths, but more than that is on the moon. On Mars they stay in the low budget hotel at The New Mars facilities in Tent A. Tent A is a small tented city with a park in it and more. There are three Tents in The New Mars complexes. One has a sports complex with racing and other activates, it is amazing how the change of gravity affects the sports on Mars. The other Tent has the retirement community with a big mall and hospital. The kids want to play at the park all day but they find that there are other fun things to do on Mars. Next to their hotel there is a Skating Rink with a half pipe, they see a show there and the next day they go to skate. They find other things in Tent A like a bar that has an opened mike night every Thursday night. They find fun things to do in the other Tents also.The family has fun in each Tent, but on Friday they spend the day at Mars Dome which has grown into three domes. They take a tour of The Mars Domes and they spend time in the greenhouse of the Hotel Dome and meet a couple that want to invest in Mars. On Saturday they spend all day in Tent B and have fun playing and watching shows the big thing is Pod Racing.

The father is reading all about the port way on the moon how there are rooms there for weekend retreats, but he is taking his family to Mars. This young father watches his family sleep their way to the moon as he reads about Mars. After they arrive on the moon, the first thing they notice is the gravity difference that makes the mother somewhat sick. /div>

Set in the not-too-distant future, The New Mars: The City Dome envisions Mars as a thriving, friendly, bustling place. Hotels are attracting many vacationers from Earth, and sports complexes and theme parks offer myriad space-themed activities for adults and children alike.
More than just a vacation hotspot, Mars has much more in store for its visitors. Work has now begun on a City Dome, built remarkably quickly with the help of Nanobots. The first inhabitants of the City Dome are some of the people who built it. Residents are able to take advantage of educational and employment opportunities, and shopping and entertainment are easy to access.
p style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt" class="MsoNormal">span style="font-family: "Cambria","serif"">font size="3">The main characters start out being the workers and engineers who are building the new City Dome. The workers build this city fast with the help of Nanobots that I just point out. I do not describe the Technology in this book too much. I do not want the reader to get overwhelmed, so I let them imagine the experience for themselves. I start all of my books about Mars with an introduction to bring the reader to Mars, not just put them there.o:p>/o: | |  | | The Night Watchman
The Night Watchman takes place in any city where there is street crime, street racing, and underground fighting. There is a young man that was in a car accident as a child and was left with physical limitations. Over these years a speech impairment and self-doubt because of how people now saw him left him lonely. A technology that he found did help him gain abilities that he never had and he wanted to use these abilities to help out his city. The abilities that he gained improved and the side effects gave him abilities that he was learning to take advantage of. He started to investigate a criminal that he had found that got him involved in some tight spots. He gained the most unlikely of friends that got him involved with underground activities. His confidence grew, but when the time comes will he do the right thing?
div style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt">This story takes place in any city where there is street crime, street racing, and underground fighting. As a teen and young man this man went through years of physical therapy and self determination to gain back what he lost in that accident. Over these years he was lonely because of a speech impairment and self withdrawal because of how people now saw him./div>
