Junior's mother, Julia Snobcopper, recounts memories of her young son while growing up. The humor begins when Junior, his mother and Mimaw go into town for Junior's first pet, a dachshund, which becomes his best friend and adds to the humor. Junior has more adventure and humor while going into a local supermarket where certain mishaps continue the fun. Then Junior and his family have a truly wonderful experience at the county fair.br />
It seems that regardless of where Junior and his pet dog, Marbles, may be the laughter is sure to follow.
