Continuing her rampage to find her father, Tracy makes friends with one of his secretaries, a lesbian who has just lost her lover. When the girl becomes suspicious of Tracy and fails to tell her where Norton is, Tracy places a plastic bag over her head and suffocates her during a lovemaking session.
An anti-nazi organization called OCTOPUS dispatches a hit team in black helicopters to the nursing home to capture Norton and kill some of the German residents. Tracy Norton heads for the nursing home through rain-soaked woods after an automobile accident. She heads toward Charleston running at thirty miles an hour.
When Ashley discovers that Norton has plans to genetically engineer horrible creatures that will destroy the human race, she joins forces with Tracy, her younger sister and Jake McBride to put an end to his plans. Their trail leads them into dangers and surprises they would have never expected.
