SatanWorld is a dark fantasy that twists, combines and compares the inhuman historical truths of the Spanish Inquisition with the natural and supernatural horrors of Andrew, the worst hurricane in south Florida history.
Stirring its winds is Isaiah Tempesti, an innocent Dominican prior accused of witchcraft in 1492 and ultimately transformed into something vampiric by the New World’s Carib Indians. Tempesti’s reason for existence is revenge against the Spanish and the Catholic Church; something he has learned can best be achieved by the Conversion of the Innocents to evil on August 24, 1992.
Tempest constructs the demonic theme park SatanWorld overnight, during the storm. Two mentally-challenged young boys become lost within SatanWorld, while four every-day saviors attempt to rescue them. These four ultimately join forces within and beneath SatanWorld, where nothing is what it seems.

Aubrey Carlisle is a First Grade teacher. She’s also a masked, 6’2”, leather-wearing, motorcycle-riding, vengeance-driven killer of pedophiles. She finds them before the cops do. Then she calls and has them clean up.
In Aubrey Carlisle's own words, "Another night. Anoher pervert. I’ve been killing pedophiles for weeks now. You’d think I’d feel something; that all this mayhem would affect me. Within the pages of, WALK INTO THE SUN, it is 2009 and the unthinkable has happened to New York City. That city is in default. However, this is not a story of the saving of the city. Rather, it is a tale of the people who make up its body. From the garbage man to the Bowery cop to the sewer-dwelling orphan. From the advertising executive and his dying son to the widow killer and his prey. From the Mayor’s aide to the Governor’s wife to the last remaining doctor in New York City.
The story shows the effects of the default; the walkouts by police, firefighters and sanitation workers. Looters and snipers taking over the streets. Uncollected garbage bringing rats. And rats bringing the worst form of disease. How such varied characters deal with this horror and ultimately come together -- not to save the city, but themselves -- is the basis of WALK INTO THE SUN.
