This is a book of 67 poems for 'old folk' - the age of wisdom, common sense, endurance, humour and survival!
These poems are 'very close to my heart and present reality' as I have written about the 'nothing' and 'everything' about being in the 'old folk' group.- the group I now belong to. Some people are fit and well at this age, others are not and it is mainly for them I write.
