One Smile demonstrates how even the smallest acts of kindness can powerfully impact the lives of others. Katie's sweet smile inspires a young man to get up and start looking for a job. On his way, he stops to help a lady change her tire and she then leaves an extra large tip for her waitress... Each new person (young and old) who is touched by kindness decides to spread some kindness of his own.
