Dear Pen Pal,
I don't know what to write about because I never met you before. My teacher says that these letters are going to Ohio. Somehow our teachers made this deal so we could be pen pals. I don't know what to write to you about. Do you like baseball?. Do you like the Jaycees? When I play baseball when I grow up, I want to play for the Jaycees. I play right field.

"Hey Mark," Smitty yelled when he entered the store. "What the hell?"
The manager stumbled from the back room covered in blood. "Dude," Smitty yelled. "What happened."
"These guys came in and trashed the place. They wanted me to open the safe. I don't know the combination. Only the day manager knows it. I tried to tell them. They hit me again and again. The Dewey's guy came. I thought they would leave, but they jumped him. They rammed my face into the front of the safe."
