|  | | PTSD: Pathways Through the Secret Door Timothy Kendrick, a U.S. Army Veteran explores solutions for individuals who suffer from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. In his first release "PTSD: Pathways Through the Secret Door, Mr. Kendrick Focuses not so much on any tragic events but more on the actions necessary to overcome, walk through without fear, conquer and live a productive life.
In this book, I will not go into details about the horrors of any war; instead, this book will show you how I fight the demons of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. There is no sanity involved in it, because it affects each of us in a different way. The focus of this book is to express my viewpoints about what has kept me going in spite of having 28 jobs in 7 years. That last sentence shows that something was not right about me.

It doesn’t take a lot of light to wipe out darkness
I read this in a book and I believe it is powerful. Most ideas I have are from books or talking to (successful) people.
Creating our own opinions and deciding for ourselves what works in our lives and what does not. Our conscious minds, if we allow can be bombarded with a ton of worthless garbage that does not enhance our personal, spiritual or professional states.
Aristotle said, “We are what we repeatedly do”. Thoughts and ideas are things in our subconscious and conscious mind that create who we are.
