Besides Jenkins, SOLDIER'S GAP includes multiple characters such as Mingo Jones, the night deputy and Moe Plesiac, Jenkins' genius of a young neighbor for whom he acts as a substitute father or unrelated older brother, whichever you perceive. The interplay between these characters and the sharp dialogue furnish most of the humor.
