Having gotten so many e-mails with these crazy jokes that I saved I just had to do something with them, if for no other reason than to get them off my 'puter. South by Southwest is a collection of some of my recipes using chili peppers in exciting ways. You can spice up your recipes without burning your tongue or you can do fire eaters specials. There is information on how to use peppers and a list of different kinds, along with tips so you don't torch your fingers. This is volume one and I am working on volume two.
