This is a true to life children’s story about an abandon pig that I adopted from the pound. He narrates his story of how he was a very naughty pig, getting into all kinds of trouble. The other farm animals started to talk some sense into him by telling him to straighten up or he was going to lose his happy home. In a matter of time, he changed his ways.
I adopt and rescue all types’ animals and they live their entire life on my Florida ranch. I received a phone call from the administrator of the Humane Society. He told me there was a pig, named Foster that was running out of time; he was going to be euthanized if he did not find a home. That is all I had to hear, the next day Foster was living on my ranch. He was such a naughty pig, getting into everything and causing a lot of trouble. I’m so glad I gave Foster a second chance at life. We learned a lot together about changing our ways.

This is a true story that I wrote from my heart.
Did you ever look into an animal’s eye right before they were going to be euthanized? Could you feel the love they are crying out for? Would your heart ache? There wasn't anything wrong with the animal, it was just unwanted. Worse yet, physically abused. What kind of a person would hurt an innocent animal? Did you ever need a hug or to be loved? I believe everyone does one time or another. What about animals?
Animals give us unconditional love and ask for nothing much in return…just to be loved.
