Ms. Rea-Silvia Costin, a professional engineer, presently resides in the USA. Her first book Short Stories: The Story of a Refugee was published in 1997. Thiana-AVDELA-A Macedonian Village in the Northwestern Greece-Thiana’s Native Land, the first book of a trilogy, was published in Nov. 2003, and Athens, thesecond book of the trilogy, in Nov. 2004. America-The Final Destination-the third book of the trilogy was released on February 13, 2006, by Publish America.
PublishAmerica released Ms. Costin’s first poetry collection Pearls on a String: Love Songs on December 16, 2006.
Ms. Costin’s poetry is published in The Best Poems and Poets of 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2005, Celebrations of Honor, Theatre of the Mind, Colors of the Heart, Who’s Who in Poetry 2004 and 2005. Ms. Costin, a Poet Laureate, is the recipient of Editor’s Choice Award, Poetry.com, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2005, and the President’s Award for Lit. Excellence, Nat. Authors Registry, 2003.
