I grew up reading many adventure stories including Tom Sawyer.  As I got older my reading choices turned to stories like "To Kill a Mockingbird" and "In the Heat of the NIght," I love mysteriesand a good romance novel.  Writing has been a dream I've had for many years.  Writing "Something Desirable" is a dream come true for me. I want to create stories that touch the hearts of my readers and weave the story so they get caught up in the lives of my characters.  I've just completed my third book "A Gift Called Mother" "Captured Hearts" my second romance novel is now availble. Future books include another romance novel.

Invitation to the 2015 Women of Impact Gala hosted by Focus on Women magazine for a two night event. I was invited two years in a row to speak at the National Council of Negro Women Fall Author's Brunch, Certificate of Recognition by the City of Baltimore for participation in Annual African American Author's Expo, an Executive Citation in recognition of getting my work published presented by the Baltimore County Executive.
