 She is a Midwesterner born and raised. That hasn’t kept her from traveling around the United States or outside of it whenever she gets a chance. Her travels have given her tastes of life and settings in many places that she uses in her stories. When she writes in different time periods, she does a lot of research to get a “feel” for the lifestyles and the settings then. She tries to put herself and the reader in the time and place in whatever story she spins.
