In 1990 he returned to his native Germany where he began to develop his own unique and truly powerful brand of coaching – the one we’ve just described – called Consciousness Coaching®. After ten years in Germany, Marc took Consciousness Coaching® to Spain where he continued his success, and in 2002 he established CCI (Creative Consciousness International) in Cape Town with the aim of enabling people around the world to create higher authentic and sustainable levels of competence and success for themselves.   A number of South African celebrities, entrepreneurs and companies have experienced Consciousness Coaching® and have achieved phenomenal results. At least one internationally acknowledged scientist has also endorsed Marc's Consciousness Coaching® methodology.   Marc’s applied philosophy is based on the Benedictine credo that all external changes begin internally in the human being. In addition, he says that, "Great coaching is lean and elegant; it’s meaning is measured by the client's results and nothing else." His and CCI’s core principles are: quality, innovation, effectiveness, and walking the talk, and this is reflected by his international reputation and CCI’s market position. Marc’s mission statement since 1991 has been: “To initiate revolutions in consciousness” – and this notion seems to have passed its critical mass and to be reaching a level of global awareness: He was delighted not so long ago to hear the statement, "It is time for a revolution - a revolution of consciousness!" This was made by Jacques Chirac, former president of France, in his speech at the Global Ecological Governance Conference, on the 3rd of February 2007.     Marc was born in Munich, Germany He is the founding president of the Cape Town Chapter of the ICF – the International Coach Federation, which is headquartered in the USA He was elected as a board member and the representative of the African continent in the ICF Global Forum He became South Africa's first member of the WABC, the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches Marc’s Coaching Academy received as the first South African coach training program the ACTP accreditation “Professional Consciousness Coaching® Diploma” issued by the ICF.
