Information
I've been writing most of my life, professionally since 1992. I write a semi-regular blog on Wordpress. My latest book, WEATHERCOCK, will be out shortly, although this time around I've chosen to self-publish rather than in the traditional manner. A collection of my short fiction, "Darling Wendy and Other Stories" was published in 2008 by Seventh Circle Books. I've written four media tie-in novels -- Star Trek - Ice Trap (in collaboration as L.A. Graf); Star Trek - Shell Game; Quantum Leap - Search and Rescue; and Earth 2. My work has appeared in AMOSKEAG: The Journal of Southern New Hampshire University, 5.5BW - Stories and Poems, and NEWN Magazine. My non-fiction articles have appeared in STRIDES (the magazine of the North American Riding for the Handicapped Association) and ASPCA's "Animal Watch."
I am constantly influenced by writers old and new. Some favorites: J.M. Barrie, Jonathan Carroll, Stephen King, Barbara Hambly, Harlan Ellison, Neil Gaiman.

"Darling Wendy and Other Stories" received a nomination to receive the 2009 Connecticut Book Award.
In 2010 I was proud to serve as the Fiction Judge in the Darien Library Teen Writing Contest. I will reprise that role in 2011.
