I grew up in a small town. However, my dreams and goals were huge. I was always told by many people that I "thought too much of myself" or that I was tyring to "be too much." But I thought, you are as big or little as your thoughts. I wanted my dreams to take me far. I was determined and decided not to give up. My mother was my inspiration because she was a strong willed person who told me that "life is what you make it." This is very true. It doesn't matter where you live or where you come from. It is up to you to make your dreams reality. Another major influence was my favorite music artist, Prince. Everything about his music says individuality. I happen to be an advocate for this. Prince writes, produces, sings, plays (ALL) of the instruments for at least 98% of his music. Despite technology, this is not an easy task. If this one tiny person can make so much happen with his music, anything is possible. The sky is not the limit, there is always something more.
