I was born and reared in Dallas, TX.  I served as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Detroit, MI.  I attended Brigham Young University and attained a Bachelors Degree in Health Science.  I am married to my lovely wife, Carrie, and we have 4 wonderful children: Tanner, Kayla, Erin, and Joseph.  We have recently lived the past 4 years in Atlanta, GA and now reside in American Fork, UT.             I have had many marvelous learning experiences that have come to me over the years.  I have always felt that if I found such good insight, inspiration and joy from these experiences, maybe others can have the same results if these experiences were told in a book.
