I grew up on a large farm in southern New Hampshire, where I often escaped to the woods, hugging my notebook and pencil As my bare feet waded through peaceful fern lined forests Until coming to rest upon a sturdy ledge before a cool stream   Where I'd lift my pen into mending what I'd left behind. Many of my writings are a process of healing because I have faced almost unbelieveable levels of difficulties in my life and strongly feel that. . . Healing the world begins and finishes With the healing of our own individual hearts       My feelings have naturally expressed themselves in rhymes and lyrics since early childhood.

My writings are all written with the Wisdom of my own life experiences, and come from my Heart.

I push against the currents to do what I was born to accomplish.

I work at healing the depths of my own heart - doing my part to help heal our troubled world.

I have survived devastating difficulties and hope to use my experiences to help others.

I aim to do what I can, in order to continue my life's work, even when it looks impossible.
