My parents read my first book and said I would sell a million copies and probably win a Pulitzer, You gotta love your parents! Whether I sell one copy or a million the fact that I finally made the time to do something I truly enjoy has been a great reward in itself. Now, in the middle of finishing my third novel, my joy has turned into a passion.

Information
At 32 I'm not sure that I was capable of writing a 700 word novel let alone one that had 70,000 plus. Patience was certainly a factor at that age, but more importantly, experience of life was needed. Our experiences make us who we are and now that I am 60 (ish) I feel that having those experiences has made me a more creative, and hopefully, interesting writer.
After 42 years of getting paid for doing something I had to do to survive, I'm now doing something I truly enjory and look forward to sharing this experience with others. I have been in sales my whole life and have often used what I consider a "gift for the written word" to further my career. During those years, I often found myself wishing I had the time to delve into the world of fictional creativity when, one day not long ago, I just decided it was time.
With the strong encouragement by my family and friends, I now spend as much time as my fiance' will allow, transferring my somewhat vivid imagination from thought to paper. Whether others find this endeavor as enjoyable as I have remains to be seen though I perservere with pleasure.
