Background
Information
I was originally inspired by Jack Kerouac, and kept a diary while travelling the world on a shoestring in my twenties. Hunter S. Thompson and Paul Theroux were other influences.
I spent my thirties in university, and received a doctorate at the end of it.
I've been a freelance writer for six years.
I have had several books, articles and poems published.
The main influences on my Werewolf of Oz: Fantasy Travel by Google Maps book are Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland, Edward Lear's literary nonsense poetry and the Wizard of Oz movie.
My latest poetry collection is a continuation of the Folding Mirror poetry form, inspired by haiku.
