I always loved classic fairy tales and adventures that take you away from it all, and grew up constantly leaning towards the creative arts side. It wasn't until I left College trained as a 'Technical illustrator' that I realized I didn't want to do that for the rest of my days... After having my first taste of animation in England, I hopped over to Paris, where I spent every day learning as much as I could about the art form.  With that time under my belt, I found work on many feature films, bringing characters such as 'Gollum' on 'The Lord of the Rings, Trilogy' and 'King Kong' to life... and since then, at Walt Disney Animation Studios and DreamWorks Animation in LA, California. Nothing though, can really compare to transfering characters and their worlds from my imagination, out onto the written page. Having them grow and develop through the challenges they face.
