I am a writer of novels and short stories. Occasionally I produce inspirational booklets. The stories are unique and entertaining, and they invariably incorporate challenges in relatonships or the need all people have for acceptance and love. That may involve filial love or general caring love.

Call me Don. Careers in education, librarianship and ministry provided good soil to prepare me for writing. I made attempts during those years, but the demands of work and raising a family did not allow time for the creative thinking I needed to produce fiction. After retirement, finally shortage of time was no longer a factor.
Writing, travelling and interim pastoral assignments make my life immensely fulfilling. My wife, Anne, and I are grateful for the richness of our lives. Our children have served in various parts of the world, where we, of course, must go to make sure they are raising our precious grandchildren right.
