I have been on dialysis for almost two decades now, and I decided to share my experiences and extensive knowledge of this very complex renal diet coping with kidney disease and dialysis in a new self-published book - My Renal Life

Background Information

My Renal Life by Gloria Ann Jeff-Moore In the pages of my book I share my endurances of trials and tribulations living with the polycystic kidney disease and dialysis, I also know first hand how complex the renal diet can be, and ways of how to manage continued good health with the diet, I also invite readers into Glo's renal friendly kitchen to check out a variety of renal friendly recipes that have helped me to better cope with this renal diet.  Anyone out there who has a family history of high blood pressure or diabetes, should get check for early prevention, but if it does result to end stage renal disease, don't fret! you can live a long productive life with dialysis, (if dialysis is your choice or alternative for treatment, until a cadaver or a living donor becomes available).  I'm a setting example, 20 years and counting.
