My name is Anna Marie. I am 28 years old, and a recovering drug addict who was just recently released from prison. It is my passion to write about life on real terms. Uncut and raw. It is a divine plan that we learn from our mistakes. I can only hope that the path I once traveled years ago could help others without going through all the misery that I have experienced. Life is a journey.

I am motivated in writing poetry. My poetry helps me heal from all of the pain, hurt, and experiences I have had. The experiences I write about are all very real. Sharing the truth about my life is one of the ways I can hope to help others. The dark path I once traveled has taught me alot about life. I can only hope to contribute to this world of greatness by the subjects I write.
