I was still in an abusive relationship when I wrote my way out.  My motivation was just to help someone else. It was a challenge writing about things that were so personal to me and in a way that it would help someone and not hurt even those that have hurt me. I was inspired by the scriptures and determined to get it out.  I finished this book living alone in a rooming house, still trying to find myself again.   The biblical scriptures given in this book, where divinely given during the time I was writing and when added to the stories you will definitely get more of a spiritual understanding.
