For me the written word has always had a special interest. I started reading at an early age and as soon as I could write I was trying to.  I started in primary school writing poety for my teachers, friends, family, cards as a way of expression and escape. By the time I hit highschool I was writing full length romance novels. After years of writing fan fiction and dabbling in writing for myself I took the advice and encouragement of some friends and submitted something to a publisher. I was estatic when it was contracted and have since gone on to write five more books, and seen them contracted. Currently I'm working on two anthology pieces as well as another full length novel (85K) that's a prequel to my best seller Master's Mistress. For me influence comes from many different sources. It could be a movie, a picture, and idea, a dream, where it comes from has little to do with how I use it.  I simply allow the characters, plot, etc to use me to tell its own story and hope that its something that my readers love.

Master's Mistress, my debut novel was #1 Best-Seller for the Month of May for Champagne Books. I've had pieces published in magazines, poetry books, and had a high school award created in my honor.
