My name is Sylvia Ash-Barrow. I am 54 yrs old and have been a single parent  to my now two grown sons who is now 27 & 20 years. I am a certified Nursing Assistant and have worked in the health field for the past 23 years.. I am now a published Author who started writing over two years ago after meeting an incredible man on a date line.  He was from another country with a different language and culture. his main source of comunication to me was by writing me poetry and in a matter of months after communicating with him I realized that he will understand me better with poetry , so I started replying to him with my own poetry which I did not know that i could do...because of him and the strong connection that we had with each other I was able to produce and publish my first book of poetry in just over a year.
