I was born in England and moved to Canada 16 years ago.  I became a Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner in 2005, and have my own Bach Flower business.  I give talks and presentations locally, provide consultations and personal remedy mixes for people and pets, and sell Rescue Remedy. My website also provides the above and the online store is available in Canada. My book 'Bach Flower Reflections - from a unique fresh perspective' - was first thought about after a Bach Flower teaching course I wanted to go on was unexpectadly cancelled, 2 years ago. Writing began last fall, and it was completed and ready for print yesterday.  It is going to be self-published. I wanted to write about the remedies from a fresh perspective, and my interpretations of the 38 remedies are "reflections".  The book gives practical advice about the remedies and rescue remedy for people and pets alike.
